This year, more than 100 representatives from Ukraine’s FMCG sector gathered at a strategic conference organized by SoftServe Business Systems for its clients and partners: FMCG Future Focus 2025 – Where the Digital Solutions Industry is Heading and How to Lead the Way.
Leaders from 50+ top companies came together at SoftServe’s Kyiv office to discuss advanced automations, AI, and innovations. The participants included global players (Mars, AB InBev Efes, Nestlé, PepsiCo, JDE, and others) and Ukrainian regional manufacturers, many of whom have already reached international scale.
Attendees shared their experiences, exchanged views on the future of digital and AI technologies, and discussed plans for their implementation.

A special feature of the conference was client presentations that showcased practical cases and demonstrated how innovative solutions are transforming FMCG companies.
Kormotech

Mars Ukraine
Yehor Myrhorodskyi, RTM Manager, and Andrii Naida, Sales Operations Head, presented a case of a comprehensive digital transformation of sales and cost management:

AI as the New Standard
