Our customer is Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), the biggest brewery company in the world. We own over 630 beer brands (including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Beck’s, Leffe, Chernihivske) in 150 countries and are considered to cover 28% of the global beer market worldwide. European HQ is in Leuven, Belgium.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills
- Experience in creating various types of product documentation, including BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and presentation materials
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Stress resilience and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience working in product companies
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar ERP or ticketing systems
- Ability to understand Indian English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Studying, analyzing, and documenting business processes within the scope of ongoing projects
- Creating reports and specifications for the development of additional software product functionality
- Collaborating with customers to gather, clarify, and refine requirements and business needs
- Communicating with the software development team throughout the development process
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations of software product functionality for customer stakeholders
- Maintaining and supporting developed products
