REQUIREMENTS

  • Understanding implementation and support processes of different software or previous experience in technical support (CRM or ERP systems) 
  • Basic knowledge of SQL/DB
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and at least a pre-intermediate strong English level 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills  
  • Stress resistant, responsible, and attentive to details person 
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills  
  • Willingness to work in a team and study 
  • Skills in working and understanding technical documentation 

Nice-to-have skills

  • Knowledge of the FMCG market 
  • Basic knowledge and skills in working with C#
  • Ability to read specifications / technical documentation

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementing the company’s software products, installation, configuration, and user training 
  • Working with MS SQL databases (working with data), and Data dashboards (OLAP cubes, etc.) 
  • Providing technical support for software products, analyzing and resolution of incidents (system errors, data exchange errors, etc.) 
  • Researching and provisioning of solutions to different issues  
  • Consulting customers on the configuration of the company’s software products 
  • Working with customer requests in the support system 
  • Participating in internal and external project works 
  • Upgrading and testing software
