SoftServe Business Systems was founded in 2003. As for a product company, our primary goal is to create innovative technologies for increasing the efficiency of sales and other business processes of our customers, helping them not only to keep up with the times but sometimes to stay ahead of it. We are a company focused on production and maintenance of software, innovations, and services for the FMCG market. Among our 100 customers, we can mention 10 countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

We are looking for a professional, who will be inspired by our ambitious goals and ideas and is dreaming to build own great software product. Someone who will be able to share the values of our company and become a reliable partner for his team.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5+ years practical experience in FMCG industry as Sales Operations Manager, Head of IT, Analytics Department Manager
• Strong analytical skills
• Creativity
• Experience in taking part in big IT projects, working with budgets, ROI
• Management experience
• Stress resistance
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-drive
• English level—Advanced

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Doing market analytics and collaborating with customers to generate, collect and validate ideas for new products for the target auditory
• Taking part in creating and executing company strategy: working in management committee, preparing tactics, building the processes
• Preparing ideas for new products (business plans, models, routes to the market)
• Taking part in or leading MVP building, piloting, and presale activities
• ROI calculation
• Organizing events for product promotion

WILL BE A PREFERENCE

• Field management experience (Supervisor, DSM etc.)
• Trade Promotion processes knowledge
• Participation in product creation
• Product owner role in Retail business or big projects like SAP implementation or other
