PROJECT

As primary platform for Field Salesforce automation and optimization ABI have chosen SaleForce.com which is used already around all Europe, Latin America and partially Asia. Many projects are started on SFDC platform every year.

We are gathering new Team focusing on enhancing and expanding existing B2C Salesforce applications. Our end customers are sales department and sales representatives of European countries that use our platform on the daily basis. We expect to create a team of highly skilled professionals who will provide best services to our clients in Agile environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English language
  • Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proven experience in leading small teams of engineers
  • Understanding of other stakeholders’ roles who do not report to the person but take very active participation during the design, decision making, selling, implementation and other activities (like the sales team, delivery team etc.)
  • Ability to communicate and advocate the proposed technical solution
  • Willingness to learn something new — either around core technology stack, or even new related technologies
  • Ability to estimate efforts and justify them in front of customer and delivery organization, efficiency in getting buy-ins from different parties
  • Willingness to deal with quickly changing and flexible priorities in multi-tasking and dynamic environments
  • The desire to participate in different proof-of-concept and prototyping activities, technology assessments and comparison exercises
  • Strong presentation skills — all important messages are to be delivered in a clear and certain way so that everyone (including non-technical persons) could understand why one or another decision was made

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Focus area: leading a team of SFDC devs, focusing on expanding functionality of Service Cloud and and major functionalities development for 2 Salesforce orgs. Driving the team, decomposing the complexity to tasks, mentoring them and backing-up if needed, communicating, and convincing the team about some decisions
  • Main challenges within 1YP (apart from Support) – SFDX implementation together with our DevOps, implementation of Batch monitoring and execution frameworks, refactoring, and doing the migration of custom sharing logic from Heroku stack to Salesforce
  • Participating in R&D work for different parties, stakeholders, and workflows
  • Estimation and scope decomposition
  • Assessing risks, defining dependencies and assumptions
  • Creating technical specifications and architecture vision documents
  • Assessing and comparing technologies
  • Participation in discovery phases and workshops covering all technical aspects of the deal
  • Prototypes and proof-of-concept creation with their further delivery and presentation to stakeholders
  • Participation in the implementation phase defining and creating the core of one or another system, transferring the knowledge to the team, monitoring the execution on the long run
  • Supporting delivery and sales organization during pre-sales activities or clients’ visits
  • Interviewing potential candidates
