Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and Russian
  • Previous experience in technical support CRM or ERP systems
  • Active skills using SQL-scripts
  • Knowledge or experience with MS SQL or other DBMS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Stress-resistance, and ability to handle a large amount of requests
  • Ability to work in a team

Responsibilities

  • Solving typical user incidents through remote access system crashes, data synchronization/import/export issues
  • Installation and configuration of Desktop/Mobile versions of system in client’s environment
  • Consulting clients on installation and system functionality
  • Escalation of requests to responsible parties
  • Monitoring the status and progress toward the resolution of all open incidents
  • Participation in the internal and external projects

  • Knowledge of FMCG market
