Requirements
• At least 2 years of proven experience in similar position
• Experience in the FMCG sector
• Understanding the specifics of IT
• Understanding the general principles of software development and implementation
• Understanding the principles of market relations
• Methods of establishing cooperation with clients knowledge
• Document management knowledge
• Russian – Fluent, English -intermediate or higher
• Proven communication/presentation skills
• Good time-management skills

Responsibilities
• Manage ongoing contact with the FMCG sector customer group
• Develop and enforce a plan for maintaining and developing existing accounts
• Conduct regular account analysis to evaluate customer requests, determine the type and
cost of services
• Management of contractual relations with clients
• Collaboration with internal department
