REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Finance, RGM, Sales, or Demand Planning teams
- Strong understanding of trade marketing processes, promo mechanics, trade spend, budgeting, or revenue management
- Background in Business Consulting, Business Analysis, or a similar commercial role within FMCG, Retail, or Distribution
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to speak the language of business stakeholders, including understanding KPIs, incentives, customer/channel specifics, P&L impact, and ROI of trade activities
- Ability to gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and document business processes
- Upper-Intermediate English for daily communication with clients and teams
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience with TPM/RGM systems or FMCG commercial planning tools
- Knowledge of SFA, DMS, BI, TPM, or RGM platforms
- Understanding of retail distribution, commercial planning cycles, and trade execution
- Experience with data models related to promotions, pricing, or customer hierarchies
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing commercial processes related to promo planning, budgeting, trade spend allocation, pricing, revenue management, etc.
- Facilitating workshops with business teams, gathering requirements, and documenting AS-IS / TO-BE processes
- Preparing business requirements and functional specifications for enhancements to planning systems
- Supporting testing activities, conducting configuration reviews, and driving user adoption from a business perspective
- Conducting demos, delivering user trainings, and providing ongoing business support
- Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring aligned expectations, clarity of requirements, and high-quality delivery
