REQUIREMENTS

• Project management roles (5+ years)
• Financial and planning experience
• Understanding the SDLC, cycle of software implementation, and support
• Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
• Ability to build productive working relationships across functional areas
• Ready to manage several teams and work with different project streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination of team activities
• Control and support the creation of project documentation, plans, and reports
• Monitoring working time, budget plans
• Providing the necessary information about the status of the project and the tasks of all its participants (teams and clients)
• Defining goals, tasks, terms, and results of the project
• Defining problems in the project
• Monitoring all stages of the project, solving unpredictable situations
• Organizing project team meetings
• Managing risks and conflicts
• Managing 3rd party providers
• Tracking, escalating, and resolving specific business function project’s progress and issues
• Organizing business and technical sessions to improve the internal knowledge of the teams
• Being responsible for the development and delivery of new and/or existing IS Solutions
• Planning resources
• Oversee quality control over all projects (make sure that all deliverables are right quality)
• Delivering all IT-related tasks including activities of internal and external IT suppliers on-time
• Plan and coordinate solution definition and coordinate solution delivery for solutions at the zone level and in the countries (pilots and rollouts)
• Manage implementation of solutions in the countries (pilots and rollouts)
• Set up the routine and methodology to deliver projects in a uniform way with speed and quality
• Identify, select and develop zone/local implementation partner

WILL BE A PREFERENCE

• Experience with implementation products for end-users
• Understanding of the FMCG industry
