REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis
- Experience in relational database modeling
- Strong experience in writing BA documentation at all levels of detail
- Excellent team-player
- Ability to work under time pressure, conflict-solving skills
- Skills in decomposing high-level understanding into details, abstract up from low-level elements to a general vision
- Ability to work with several projects/teams simultaneously, self-discipline and time management skills
- Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of Business analysis techniques
- Experience in UML, BPMN modeling
- Experience in UI/UX (wireframes and scratches)
- Experience in Use Cases, User Stories writing
- Deep FMCG business processes comprehension
- B2+ (Upper Intermediate) level of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Writing BA documentation
- Communication with a customer in all stages of a project (workshops, requirements confirmation, UAT, support)
- Communication with a team (developers, QC, designers, etc)
- Conduct requirements grouping and prioritization
- Conduct requirements verification and validation
- Workshops planning and facilitating (knowledge of facilitation techniques)
- Presentation and demonstration of our products and solutions for a customer
- Planning business analysis activities and accurately estimating them
WILL BE A PREFERENCE
- Knowledge of SFA (Sales Force Automation) solutions, DMS (Distribution Management System), BI (Business Intelligence)
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile (Scrum), Waterfall)
