In a world that becomes more and more digital, it is crucial to digitalize the way of doing business. Software development projects have become key enablers for continuous and sustainable growth.

The BeerTech team was born in that context, as a result of a partnership between SoftServe and AB InBev. It is now one of AB InBev’s development capabilities centers, based in Ukraine, which serves the full Europe zone as well as others (e.g., South Africa, and North America).

We are looking for a mature BA/ market research manager with more than 5 years of experience working with Nielsen data in market research, data analytics, or statistics within the FMCG market.


  • 5+ years of experience in Market Research, Data Analytics or Statistics, within the FMCG market
  • Deep knowledge of Nielsen IQ retail audit methodology, data and key dimensions
  • Proficient with the core Nielsen IQ suite of tools:
  • Nielsen IQ Answers/ Connect; RMS, Scantrack, Promo Pressure databases, CSO
  • Experience in optimizing business processes and implementing reporting initiatives based on Nielsen IQ data (f.e. sales performance reports, insights sessions, promo optimization, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets
  • Able to identify new opportunities and help clients make informed decisions based on their analysis
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Master’s degree in market research, data analytics, statistics or business, or a relevant field
  • B2+ (Upper Intermediate) level of English


  • International experience in data management area within Western European markets
  • Technical knowledge in ETL process with Nielsen platform as a data source
  • Deep FMCG business processes comprehension
  • SQL, Python


  • Support digital transformation projects by re-designing and optimizing existing data models and flows between ABI and Nielsen IQ (and other sales data sources) across European markets
  • Assess knowledge gaps and support research roadmap
  • Elicit, refine and manage business requirements
  • Use statistical methods and data analysis tools to analyze large data sets
  • Create reports that summarize your findings
  • Work closely with other members of your team to design research studies, analyze data, and create reports.
  • Collaborate with account/ technical teams within Nielsen IQ to manage demand in data, handle issues, lead transformation
  • Provide customer support to internal clients who have questions or issues with Nielsen’s products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends use this knowledge to help clients make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
