REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, with significant focus on complex projects such as ERP/CRM system implementations
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems or similar product development and implementation, preferably within the CPG/FMCG industries
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role with proven ability to grow talent through assessment, goal-setting, and mentoring
- Experience in pre-sales activities, discovery phases, and project kickoffs
- Proven ability to establish and optimize BA processes from scratch
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in agile environments and with distributed teams
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Split your time between hands-on project work (50%) as a Lead BA and competence leadership duties (50%)
- Work with Resource Managers to allocate BAs across projects based on skills and project needs
- Conduct tech interviews for new BAs and improve our interview process
- Evaluate BAs for promotion and help refine our promotion criteria
- Build and strengthen our BA community through regular meetups, knowledge sharing, and team events
- Set up and improve BA processes from scratch
- Work closely with CTO and other Competence Leads to align on cross-department initiatives
- Join pre-sales calls, discovery sessions, and project kickoffs
- Mentor junior and mid-level BAs to help them grow professionally
