Oleksii is responsible for ensuring that our technology strategy is aligned with business needs. 

He provides a complete, clear and transparent  process for development and delivery teams. 

Oleksii believes that we should take the lead in digitalization process for our clients and proactively exchange best practice. Oleksii has been working at SoftServe Business Systems since 2006. Before being appointed to Delivery Director, he managed the Development Department.
